- Are walk-ins welcome, or do we need to book in advance?
Our booking cut-off time is two hours before the start time. If it is under two hours and if we are onsite running a game and have availability, we might be able to get you in a game.
We always try to do the best we can to accommodate our guests and would love to help you book an experience if you give us a call.
We are not onsite unless there are bookings.
- What if I want to add someone to my group last minute?
Please give us a call and we can see if we can work something out (usually we can).
- When should I arrive, and how long does it take?
The entire experience takes about 80 minutes. Please show up 15 minutes prior to your scheduled mission time for your mission briefing. Please make sure your team is on time as you need to enter the mission together. The door locks at your mission time and does not open until you escape or the 60 minutes is up. There is a five-minute debriefing and photo op after the mission.
- Where are you located?
We’re located at 430 Harrison Ave Panama City, Florida 32401. There is a map on our contact us page.
- Where should I park?
On Harrison, there is plenty of parking up and down the street. On the third Saturday of every month, Harrison shuts down. If you booked for this day, then please park on one of the side streets. It is two-hour parking wherever you park (unless otherwise stated).
- Am I really locked up?
Yep! Don’t worry; we have staff monitoring to let you out after an hour (or in case of emergencies!).
- Can I buy gift cards?
Yes, we have gift vouchers available here for groups ranging from two to eight, so you can choose the right voucher for your needs. If you would like to include taxes in the gift card price, select other and input the amount you wish to purchase (number of people times $26 per person times 1.07% tax rate).
- Do I have to book the whole mission to participate?
No. You can have a minimum of two people on your team to play any of the experiences.
- What should I bring with me?
Just your friends or family! No personal items are allowed in the room, including purses and phones. Please leave these in your vehicle in a safe place, or you may use our lockers and lock them up in the lobby.
- Is there an age limit?
To get the most out of the experience, all participants must be aged 5 years old or older. Children between the ages of 7 and 12 must be accompanied by an adult. In the event that parents leave their children unaccompanied, a $100 babysitting fee per child is charged.
Infants may join you at no charge only if they are in a carrier, as the room is not baby-proof. Your group must also reserve a private experience if an infant is present. We reserve the right to reschedule your group’s mission if you do not follow these guidelines.
- Are walk-ins welcome?
Because we are only onsite when an experience is booked, the best way to book is to visit the booking page. However, if you happen to be in the area and we are there, we have no qualms with helping you book the next available game! It also never hurts to give us a call at 850-319-4343.
- Can I make changes to a reservation or get a refund?
If you can’t make your scheduled time, as long as you let us know at least 48 hours before your booking, you receive a full refund. If you let us know between 24-48 hours before your scheduled time, you receive a 50% refund. If you give us less than 24 hours notice, there is no refund.
We can always reschedule at no charge for a future date if you let us know at least one hour before you booked time (future rescheduled times are subject to availability).

At this time, only the Attic is wheelchair accessible. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please call and let us know if you are booking and have someone in a wheelchair.
- Do you give military discounts?
We do! Our owner understands the sacrifice that our troops make and is glad to offer a 10% discount to any active duty or retired military members. Use promo MILITARYESCAPE and make sure to bring your ID to the game. If you book through ITT at Tyndall AFB, you receive an additional 5% off.
