Our booking cut-off time is two hours before the start time. If it is under two hours and if we are onsite running a game and have availability, we might be able to get you in a game.
We always try to do the best we can to accommodate our guests and would love to help you book an experience if you give us a call.
We are open for walk-ins Monday – Saturday 10AM-3PM. All other times are by appointment only.

The entire experience takes about 80 minutes. Please show up 15 minutes prior to your scheduled game start time to finish payments, signing your waivers, and receiving your rules and story.
Please make sure your team is on time as you need to enter the room together. The time for your game starts at your booking time.
If you cannot start 20 minutes after your start time, your game will be cancelled with no refund.

Yep! Don’t worry; we have staff monitoring to let you out after an hour (or in case of emergencies!).

Yes, we have gift vouchers available here for groups ranging from two to eight, so you can choose the right voucher for your needs. If you would like to include taxes in the gift card price, select other and input the amount you wish to purchase (number of people times $30 per person times 1.07% tax rate).

Just your friends or family! No personal items are allowed in the room, including purses and phones. Please leave these in your vehicle in a safe place, or you may use our lockers and lock them up in the lobby.

To get the most out of the experience, all participants should be aged 6 years old or older. Minors 17 years old or younger must be accompanied by an adult. Minors may not be left unattended. An adult must be on the premises at all times.
Infants may join you at no charge only if they are in a carrier, as the rooms are not baby-proof. We reserve the right to reschedule your group’s game if you do not follow these guidelines.

Normally we offer military discounts. However, because of the affect that COVID has had on our industry, we cannot currently offer this discount until we are able to build our savings back up again. We are a veteran owned company and are working hard to once again offer this discount to our serving men and women. We ask that you understand our circumstance as we strive to return to the point that we can once again offer our regular discounts.

We hold the right to refuse service to any customer that is disrespectful, intoxicated or ill. In these cases, no refund will be given.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who appears ill or intoxicated. We will do our best to reschedule you in these cases but any guest appearing ill or overly intoxicated will be asked to leave immediately. Arrangements can be made at the time of refusal of service, or at a later time via phone or email and a rescheduling fee may apply.
All damage to property will be charged to the credit card on file. We know that accidents happen, but unreasonable negligence will not be tolerated and will result in charges to cover the replacement of items lost.
