Our booking cut-off time is two hours before the start time. If it is under two hours and if we are onsite running a game and have availability, we might be able to get you into a game.
We always do our best to accommodate our guests, so feel free to give us a call and we’ll see what we can do!
-
Yes! You can add more people by calling us so we can update your booking ahead of time, or just bring them with you and we’ll take care of it when you arrive.
All of our rooms can hold up to 10 people, except The Cabin, which has a firm limit of 6 players.
-
The entire experience takes about 80 minutes.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled game time to complete payments, sign waivers, and go over your game briefing.
Make sure your full team arrives on time, as everyone must enter together. Your game begins at your scheduled time.
If your group is unable to start within 20 minutes of your scheduled time, the game will be canceled without a refund.
-
We recommend arriving 15 minutes early to make sure everything runs smoothly.
If you arrive late, we’ll do our best to give a little leeway when our schedule allows. However, with back-to-back bookings, we may need to start your game at the scheduled time, which could result in reduced play time.

Yep! Don’t worry—our staff is always monitoring and will let you out after your game (or immediately if needed).
If you’d prefer, we can also leave the door unlocked during your experience—just let us know!
-
Nope! All of our rooms are private experiences.
When you book a game, it will be just your group—no strangers added.
-
Our minimum group size is 2 players.
Most of our rooms can accommodate up to 10 players. If your group is a bit larger, we can often make it work if you don’t mind getting a little snug.
The Cabin has a firm maximum of 6 players.
-
Each of our rooms has its difficulty level and escape rate listed on its individual page for easy reference.
For a quick overview:
Nedda’s Tavern is beginner-friendly
The Attic is a medium difficulty room
The Cabin is medium-difficult and does not include Game Master clues
The Asylum is our most challenging room with an extreme difficulty levelIf you’re unsure where to start, we’re always happy to help you choose the best experience for your group!
-
All of our rooms are family-friendly and designed to be fun for everyone.
The Asylum and The Cabin have a slightly spooky atmosphere, but nothing is meant to be scary. We do not use jump scares or actors in any of our experiences.
-
Each of our rooms uses a slightly different clue system designed to match the experience.
The Attic and Asylum feature a more immersive, unique hint system, while Nedda’s Tavern uses a simpler, more guided approach that’s great for beginners.
The Cabin does not include hints from the Game Master, but the room itself is designed with built-in clues to help guide you along the way.
-
If you don’t escape before time runs out, don’t worry—it happens!
If our schedule allows, we’ll walk you through the remaining puzzles so you can see how everything comes together. When we have back-to-back bookings, we may not always have enough time to do a full walkthrough, but we’re always happy to answer any questions you have afterward.
-
Our games are designed to be accessible and comfortable for most players.
There is no crawling or tight spaces required—most of the experience involves standing, walking, and solving puzzles.
All rooms, except The Asylum, have seating available. We also do not use any physical restraints (no handcuffs or similar elements).
-
Just bring your friends or family and get ready to have fun!
Purses, bags, food, and drinks are not allowed in the rooms. You’re welcome to leave items in your vehicle or use our lockers in the lobby.
-
To get the most out of the experience, we recommend all participants be at least 6 years old.
Minors (17 and under) must have an adult in the room with them at all times.
Infants are welcome at no charge if they remain in a carrier, as our rooms are not baby-proof.
We reserve the right to reschedule your group if these guidelines are not followed.
-
We do not offer refunds.
We’re happy to reschedule your reservation up to two times—just let us know as soon as possible.
Reschedules made on the same day as your booking will incur a $35 rebooking fee.
-
We do not offer discounts, as we already operate at the lowest price we can while still providing a high-quality experience.
We truly appreciate your understanding and support—it allows us to continue delivering the best possible experience at a great value.
-
At this time, The Attic and Nedda’s Tavern are wheelchair accessible.

We want every group to have a fun, safe, and enjoyable experience.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is disrespectful, appears ill, or is intoxicated. If we can tell that a guest has been drinking prior to arrival, they will not be allowed to enter the escape rooms.
In these situations, guests may be asked to leave and refunds will not be provided. If possible, we’ll do our best to help reschedule your experience, though a rescheduling fee may apply.
We also ask that all guests treat the rooms and equipment with care. Accidents happen—we understand that—but intentional or careless damage may result in charges to repair or replace affected items.
